Ice Dragon WIP

I haven't worked on anything in so long Here's a really early rough digital painting.. yes I'm in a "Dragon" phase.

I really don't know how this will turn out in the end as it's the first time I'm strictly painting in photoshop.

I really need corel Painter. Photoshop just doesn't have the tools I want/need anymore.. I really kinda feel limited with Photoshop these days.
